After replacement, we check mounting, recognition and charging. Runtime depends on model, capacity, applications and workload; we do not promise the same battery life for every laptop.
Price and what the service includes
The price list distinguishes replacement with and without disassembly. Even if accessible replacement has a zero labour charge, the new battery is not free; the part is quoted before ordering and installation.

Send the full model and describe charging behaviour. Bring the charger. For a swollen battery, call first to arrange handover; do not ship it without clarifying transport conditions in advance.

Does the replacement price include a new battery?
No. These options cover the replacement operation. The compatible battery has a separate price agreed beforehand.
Why will it not charge with the charger connected?
Several causes are possible, including the charger, connector or electronics. We investigate rather than automatically assume a new battery is needed.
